  4. Device Information: Includes IP address, browser type, device model, operating system for enhancing site performance and security.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SUNDAY BAZAAR, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

A. Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds are applicable on items that are defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
  2. Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for eligibility.
  3. Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce) are only eligible if reported on the same day of delivery.

B. Non-Refundable Items

  1. Products that are tampered with or used.
  2. Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
  3. Items returned beyond the allowable return window.

C. Refund Process

  1. Send an email to sunday@brytbazaar.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and issue details.
  2. Attach images of the product as proof of damage, expiry, or discrepancy.
  3. After verification, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

D. Cancellations

  1. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them or before dispatch.
  2. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
  3. In case of order cancellation due to out-of-stock items or delivery unavailability, you will receive a full refund.

3. Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Bangalore and surrounding areas.

A. Delivery Areas

  1. Currently, we deliver to all major neighborhoods in Bangalore.
  2. Delivery to remote areas is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

B. Delivery Timelines

  1. Most orders placed before 6 PM are delivered same day or next working day.
  2. Orders placed after cut-off time may be delivered within 24–48 hours.

C. Shipping Charges

  1. Free shipping for orders above ₹ 2000 within Bangalore.
  2. Orders below the minimum value will incur a nominal shipping fee (₹ 150).

D. Failed Deliveries

  1. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact you.
  2. A second attempt may be made based on availability. Persistent delivery failure will lead to order cancellation and possible restocking charges.

E. Delivery Delays

  1. Unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues will be communicated proactively.
  2. In case of a delay beyond 72 hours, you may request a cancellation and refund.
