2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SUNDAY BAZAAR, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
A. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable on items that are defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for eligibility.
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce) are only eligible if reported on the same day of delivery.
B. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are tampered with or used.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Items returned beyond the allowable return window.
C. Refund Process
- Send an email to sunday@brytbazaar.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and issue details.
- Attach images of the product as proof of damage, expiry, or discrepancy.
- After verification, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
D. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them or before dispatch.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
- In case of order cancellation due to out-of-stock items or delivery unavailability, you will receive a full refund.
3. Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
A. Delivery Areas
- Currently, we deliver to all major neighborhoods in Bangalore.
- Delivery to remote areas is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
B. Delivery Timelines
- Most orders placed before 6 PM are delivered same day or next working day.
- Orders placed after cut-off time may be delivered within 24–48 hours.
C. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for orders above ₹ 2000 within Bangalore.
- Orders below the minimum value will incur a nominal shipping fee (₹ 150).
D. Failed Deliveries
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact you.
- A second attempt may be made based on availability. Persistent delivery failure will lead to order cancellation and possible restocking charges.
E. Delivery Delays
- Unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues will be communicated proactively.
- In case of a delay beyond 72 hours, you may request a cancellation and refund.
