Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SUNDAY BAZAAR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

A. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to items that are defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy), you must report the issue on the same day of delivery.

B. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used, tampered with, or returned in unsellable condition. 
  • Products returned after the return window (48 hours for most items).

C. Refund Process

  1. Email us at sunday@brytbazaar.com or WhatsApp us with:
    • Your Order Number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos showing the defect, damage, or expiry date
  2. Once verified, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
